  1. Service Cancellation
    Customers may request cancellation of a service before the project or service delivery has begun. Once the work has been initiated or completed, cancellations will not be accepted.

  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds will be processed only in cases where the service has not been initiated or if an error occurred on our part. No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered or partially completed.

  3. Refund Process
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Please note that bank or payment gateway charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Digital Products
    Since digital products (such as downloadable files, designs, or software) cannot be returned, refunds for such purchases will not be applicable once delivered.
