If a payment is delayed, I may pause the project until dues are cleared.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All the designs, code, content, and software I create remain my intellectual property until full payment is received.
Once your payment is complete, I’ll transfer a non-exclusive license for you to use the final project for your business purposes.

You can’t resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of my work without written permission.
I also reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

I value your trust. Any information, documents, or data you share with me during the project will be kept strictly confidential. I won’t share it with anyone else unless required by law or with your written consent.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely project information.

• Supply all necessary content, images, or materials you own or have rights to use.

• Review and approve project drafts within the given time.

Delays in feedback or missing content may extend the project timeline.

9. Warranties and Limitations

I always strive to deliver high-quality work using the latest tools and best practices. However, please note:

• I can’t guarantee 100% error-free or uninterrupted performance.

• SEO or marketing results depend on multiple external factors and can’t be guaranteed.

• Websites or apps may require ongoing maintenance to stay updated and secure.

All services are provided “as-is,” and I make no warranties beyond what is stated in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

I won’t be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
If any claim arises, my total liability will not exceed the total amount you’ve paid for that specific project or service.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

• If you cancel the project before work begins, a small administrative fee may apply.

• Once development or design work has started, no refunds will be issued.

• In case of unavoidable issues, I may offer project credit or an alternative solution depending on the situation.

12. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, or platforms (like hosting, payment gateways, or analytics).
While I take care to work with reliable providers, I can’t be held responsible for their performance, downtime, or security issues.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to me. I collect and use your personal information only to manage communication, complete projects, and provide better services.

14. Termination of Services

I may suspend or terminate a project if:

• Payments are not made on time,

• You violate these Terms, or

• There’s misuse of deliverables or unethical behavior.

If a project is terminated, any completed work will remain my property until all dues are cleared.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, where my head office is located.
For international clients, the laws of your country will be respected where applicable.
Any disputes will be handled under the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
